Very comfortable rooms, wonderful pool, very high quality food, great service (whether pool or beach side, in a restaurant or at the front desk). The staff were very accommodating - our flight home was at 9pm and we were told we could stay at the resort for as long as we wanted, use all of the facilities etc. The lady at Reception was writing down the time we wanted our bags collected from our room, and she apologised for not looking at me while she was speaking to me! So lovely. We were unable to book any of the a la Carte restaurants on arrival (they were all full and we were only there for 3 nights), but the staff managed to find us a table at the Asian restaurant (which was fantastic).

I think this hotel is amazing mainly because of the friendly staff. Every single inquiry and question we had was answered in time and in a very friendly manner. Moreover, for Greece, the WIFI is excellent. I had no problem working remotely from here. For my kid, the water slides were a great relaxation. As for us, the adults, we had lovely dinners to A La Carte restaurants. All of them are great but the Chef's Grill is the best.

Excellent food for all-inclusive. Plenty of healthy options and high quality raw ingredients. Those who desire fried and fast food are also in good hands. Pool is great and well maintained. Kids are allowed in the indoor pool in the morning for 1hr, which was appreciated on days with grey weather. Children waterland. Children loved it and hotel has two lifeguards on watch. Room was excellent (family room)

The entire experience was unforgettable! Elegant design, waterfront location, hospitable staff, excellent food, and to us the fact that the entire resort is 100% accessible to people with disabilities was crucial. Thanks to the staff for making our stay the most pleasant we had in Crete!

Breakfast was good and al la cart restaurants Italian and Asian were nice. Beef wasn’t so good but the other dishes were very nice. The kids club was very nice and clean thanks to staff our kids enjoyed activities!
